Conductive fibers consist of a non-conductive or less conductive substrate, which is then either coated or embedded with electrically conductive elements, often carbon, nickel, copper, gold, silver, or titanium. Substrates typically include cotton, polyester, nylon, and stainless steel to high performance fibers such as aramids and PBO.

Our conductive filament yarn includes polyester conductive yarn and nylon conductive yarn. The polyester (nylon) conductive fiber is produced by blending- spun polyester (nylon) chips and polyester (nylon) conducting master batch, which is prepared by the copolymerization of polyether ester powder containing metallic salt or carbon and polyester (nylon) chips. So our white and black conductive fiber has good specific resistance and mechanical properties.
